Our room was neat and new-fashioned with tv. The staff were exceptionally nice, excellent.

The staff here is very welcoming and excellent, the rooms are well-equipped, spotless, and private, and the pool area is also fantastic.

Had fairly nice stay by 2 more nights with affable staff and absolutely perfect location close to the sea. We stayed in a good value for money room that had an electric kettle, air conditioner, and an electronic key card.

The location was absolutely perfect, for example, Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden was relatively near the hotel. Stayed in a great value for money double room with private space. the breakfast was satisfactory with a lot of fantastic food on offer.

Friendly staff, very welcoming. the location is great, it's near both harbors up north - super convenient! 🌟.

The value we got for our money at Jazz was really good. The room was cozy with a big, comfortable bed and a good-working AC. The friendly staff made us feel safe and even looked after our motorbike while we explored. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the peaceful beach.

The room at Jazz Senggigi Hotel was simply amazing! I had a cozy double room with a balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee with a peaceful view. The air-conditioning kept me cool during the hot days, and the electric kettle was a handy touch. The private bathroom was clean and the bed linen and towels provided were of high quality. As a beach lover, this room was the perfect choice for me!

The only thing I didn't particularly like was that not all rooms had a balcony. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

The hotel had a charming and cozy decoration that made me feel right at home. The common areas were beautifully designed and accessible for senior people like me. It was easy to navigate around the hotel and I felt comfortable moving around without any difficulties.

I would have appreciated if the staff were a bit more attentive and considerate towards senior guests.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beautiful beach. The staff at this hotel is very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and a TV. The breakfast served at this hotel includes the best pancake I've had in Indonesia.

Oh, and the free private parking was just such a hassle. Such a shame when everything else was so divine.

The pool was lit and the views were fire. The staff were mad friendly and the rooms were chill. Prices were hella reasonable too. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away with rad restaurants. Best time ever!

Only thing that could've been better is if there were more party spots nearby. But hey, you can easily rent a scooter and make your own fun.

The most comfortable bed I slept in during my entire stay! The room was a great size with good AC. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was super friendly. We had a fantastic time lounging by the awesome pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

If you're staying in the north, this is the spot! the hotel is very close to the two major harbors, and just a few steps from a great beach. the staff provides great service, and the breakfast was lovely. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms, and the outdoor pool is a bonus.

The bar selection could be improved.
